Anyway,
R1 had awards day at school yesterday. I knew he was going to get at least two awards but I had no idea he was going to receive seven. SEVEN! He got A/B honor roll, UIL Maps, Charts & Graphs- 3rd place individual and 2nd place team, Famous Americans, Ocean Project participant and tour guide, Outstanding Science Student, Outstanding Math Student, Lower Neches Valley Soil Conservation Poster 1st Place Winner.
Hubs and I are so proud of him.
Way to go R1!! We love you!!!

Yay for R1!! Cody had his awards this morning, but I didn't count how many he got ~ he'll bring them home today & I'll see! I know how you feel about junior high! Baby girl's last day in middle school (just 6th grade) is today, then she goes to junior high (7th & 8th) in just a few months. And Cody starts 5th grade! SO not ready for them to grow up! I love the picture! He's almost as tall as YOU!
