This kid makes me so proud every day!  23 days until the next chapter of his life begins.

The best days are ahead of you R1 and I for one can’t wait to see where life takes you.

World Series Champions

That's right folks, the Houston Astros are the World Series Champions.

Those that have been reading here for a while know that I'm an Astros fan. Monday night the World Series Champions banner was revealed at Minute Maid and last night the team received their championship rings. 

They are the most beautiful championship rings I have ever seen. I might have shed a tear. (I also might be a bit partial)

And let me tell you what a class act owner and ball club we have. Owner, Jim Crane, purchased championship rings for the entire organization. Everyone from the upper management to the ushers. All I can say is classy.
